To Our Valued Customers and Friends,

Welcome back home. Writing this and knowing all of us have been impacted by a pandemic (such an ominous sounding word) that has shaken our economy and brought us to our knees, the realization that our health is precious and fragile, above all, taught us to be thankful for the gifts of life and health. This season has defined our “attitude of gratitude” to look for the good in each person and the beauty and value in each day. We are truly grateful to have you along on the journey.

This spring shipping season made us realize how blessed we are to be in an industry that must work every day. We appreciate your patience and understanding of what it took to pull this off. To say we are proud of our drivers, shop personnel and office staff and the dedication they put forth each day is truly an understatement.  Our drivers put in many long hours behind the wheel only to get to a truck stop and not be able to get out of the truck for a sit down meal or a chat with another human being. Our dispatch staff had the added responsibility of consoling the many customers frustrated by the limitations of the airlines and the frequent flight rescheduling. Time after time, the fears voiced by so many of our customers landed in the lap of dispatchers trying to make a schedule work that had to constantly be reworked. Our goal was to accomplish our spring transports like everything was normal, knowing of course, that it was anything but normal. Hats off to them for bringing positive attitudes, empathy, and determination to get the job done in spite of the challenges that never seemed to let up.  All of us have a newfound appreciation for the industry and the job we do. Thank you for sharing and voicing your appreciation with our drivers and staff as well.

Seasonal Reminders:

Referral Program – Thank you for all the referrals.  It is our best source of acquiring new customers. Referring a new customer who ships earns you a $50 bonus coupon to use on a future shipment.  Coupons are mailed to the North address after the season end

Weight Restrictions – Do Not Over Pack Your Vehicle.  200 lbs. is the limit for the trunk or behind the back seat of suvs.  Alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or drugs cannot be shipped over state lines. Parkway does reserve the right to charge for over packing or have items removed prior to shipping.

We leave you with the hope of hearing from all of you soon and a wish for good health and days filled with happiness and gratitude.

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.  It turns what we have into enough and more.  It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity…It turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events.  Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”
